These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phream. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using any part of the phream platform. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below.

Access to phream is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and older who are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under Philippine law. Registration by minors is prohibited and any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Each individual may hold only one phream account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. phream reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses accrued across duplicated registrations without prior notice.
All bonuses, free credits, and promotional offers issued by phream are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. phream targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawal completion within one hour for verified accounts under standard conditions; bank transfer withdrawal timelines may vary. phream reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding applicable thresholds.
Fraud, collusion, use of unauthorised third-party software, exploitation of software errors, money laundering, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited. phream may suspend or permanently close any account and report conduct to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where warranted.
phream is committed to responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to use available deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools. phream reserves the right to impose protective limits on any account where problem gambling indicators are identified, in accordance with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By registering an Account on phream, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the phream Platform and close your Account.
2.3 These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings between you and phream, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
Important: By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in these Terms and Conditions. Claiming ignorance of a provision after registration is not a valid basis for dispute.
3.1 Minimum Age. Access to phream and participation in any real-money game is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations enforced by PAGCOR. This age restriction applies without exception.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is designed to serve players accessing it from jurisdictions where online casino gaming is lawful. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using phream is legal in their applicable jurisdiction. phream makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate in jurisdictions other than the Philippines.
3.3 Identity Verification. phream conducts mandatory KYC verification for all accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification includes but is not limited to: passport, driver's licence, SSS card, PhilHealth card, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), and Philippine National ID. phream reserves the right to require additional documentary proof at any time.
3.4 False Declaration. Any Player who provides false information regarding their age, identity, or eligibility during registration or KYC will have their Account suspended immediately. All Wallet balances — including Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited, and phream reserves the right to report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.
4.1 One Account Rule. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) phream Account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update your account details promptly if they change. phream is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player.
4.3 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are prohibited from registering or maintaining an Account:
4.4 Account Currency. All phream Accounts are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). phream does not support multi-currency accounts.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phream login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 phream will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from phream requesting your password should be reported to our support team immediately.
5.3 You must notify phream immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. phream is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occur before such notification is received.
5.4 phream employs 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect Account data. However, phream does not guarantee absolute security and encourages Players to use strong, unique passwords and to enable two-factor authentication.
6.1 Accepted Methods. phream accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at phream's discretion. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
6.2 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the phream cashier at the time of transaction. phream reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
6.3 Deposit Source. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your phream Wallet are lawfully yours, free from any criminal origin, and not subject to any third-party claim. phream is required by law to report suspicious financial activity and will co-operate fully with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities in all anti-money laundering investigations.
6.4 Declined Deposits. phream is not responsible for delays or failures arising from third-party payment processors, bank systems, or GCash network issues. If a deposit is debited from your payment account but does not appear in your phream Wallet within a reasonable period, you must contact phream support before disputing the transaction with your payment provider.
7.1 KYC Prerequisite. No withdrawal will be processed from a phream Account that has not completed full KYC verification. Players are encouraged to complete verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when withdrawing winnings.
7.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet in the Player's name. phream does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
7.3 Processing Timelines. phream targets completion of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within one (1) hour for verified accounts under standard operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking business day. These timelines are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by circumstances outside phream's control.
7.4 Withdrawal Verification. phream reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may request additional documentation before releasing funds. Withdrawals involving large sums or unusual transaction patterns may be subject to additional scrutiny without this constituting a breach of these Terms.
7.5 Bonus Withdrawal Restrictions. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable and may not be included in a withdrawal request. Only Real Money Funds that have satisfied all applicable Wagering Requirements are eligible for withdrawal. phream may deduct the value of any outstanding Bonus Funds from a withdrawal request where the player elects to forfeit a bonus.
8.1 All bonuses, free credits, and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the individual promotion, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms with respect to that promotion only.
8.2 Wagering Requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the Account if the Wagering Requirement is not satisfied within the applicable period.
8.3 phream reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any bonus or promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via platform announcement or registered contact details where practicable.
8.4 Players who open multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times will have all duplicate Accounts suspended and all Bonus Funds forfeited. Such conduct may also result in permanent exclusion from the phream platform.
8.5 Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirement completion. Live casino tables, specific slot titles, and certain game categories may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Contribution rates for each game category are detailed in the relevant promotion terms.
9.1 All games available on phream operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for digital titles, and regulated live dealing for live casino games. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published in the phream game lobby.
9.2 In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, phream reserves the right to void the relevant game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Wallet. phream is not obligated to honour payouts generated by a malfunction.
9.3 By participating in any game on phream, you accept the published house edge and RTP applicable to that game. Gaming outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform system. Disputes regarding settled game rounds must be submitted to phream support within 72 hours of the disputed event.
9.4 phream reserves the right to suspend or modify game availability at any time for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or provider-related reasons without liability to Players.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phream platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement:
11.1 All content on the phream Platform — including but not limited to the phream brand name, logo, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of phream or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform.
12.1 phream provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phream disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12.2 phream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, interruptions in service, or unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phream's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 phream is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. All registered Players are encouraged to utilise the responsible gaming tools available within the phream Account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and cool-off periods.
13.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Player may request a self-exclusion from the phream Platform by contacting the support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one (1) business day and may be set for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, one year, or permanently. During an active self-exclusion period, phream will not process any re-registration request.
13.3 phream reserves the right to impose mandatory responsible gaming restrictions — including deposit caps and session limits — on any Account where the platform identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, without requiring the Player's prior consent.

14.1 phream reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
14.2 In the event of Account closure due to breach, phream may withhold all or part of the Wallet balance pending investigation. Where a Player is found to have engaged in fraud, cheating, or money laundering, the entire balance may be forfeited without compensation.
14.3 A Player may voluntarily close their phream Account at any time by contacting support. All Real Money Funds in the Wallet at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player through the verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements, after deduction of any applicable Bonus Fund balances that have not satisfied Wagering Requirements.
14.4 phream may also close an Account due to prolonged inactivity. An Account that has not recorded any login or transaction activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be designated inactive. phream will make reasonable efforts to contact the registered Player before deducting an inactivity fee from the Wallet balance, where such fees are disclosed in advance.
15.1 In the event of a dispute between a Player and phream, the Player must first contact phream's customer support team via live chat or the registered support email address, providing full details of the dispute. phream commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and to providing a substantive written response within 14 calendar days.
15.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process described in clause 15.1, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
15.3 All disputes relating to game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or transaction records must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event. phream is not obligated to investigate disputes raised outside this period.
16.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended by Republic Act 9487), Republic Act 10927, and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and circulars.
16.2 Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction over matters within its statutory mandate.
17.1 phream reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the Platform notification system and/or the registered email address at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulation.
17.2 Your continued use of the phream Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
